The Saville Wave is heavily used by the UK public sector (Civil Service, NHS), large UK and European corporations, HR consulting firms, financial services, and the energy and infrastructure sector. It is one of the most psychometrically rigorous personality tools available.
Wave's hybrid format asks you both to rate items individually (Likert scale) AND to rank competing statements within each block.
