Frequently asked questions

What is the gridChallenge?

One of the signature Aon smartPredict modules: a symbol grid where each symbol appears once per row and column, with cells removed. Screening invitations name it directly — gridChallenge — which is why candidates search it by name the week before their sitting.

What is the best strategy for gridChallenge?

Open on the most constrained cell, not the most conspicuous gap. The clock is lost in the first move: a bad entry point means re-deriving half the grid, a good one cascades. The full version's step-by-step replay trains exactly that instinct.

Is this Aon's official practice?

No. Persona Prep is independent, with no connection to Aon. These grids reproduce the FORMAT — the rules, the forced-chain construction, the pacing — never Aon's own items.

Persona Prep is an independent practice platform with no connection to SHL, Hogan, Aon or any other test publisher. Items are originals reproducing assessment FORMATS only.
