ADEPT-15 vs OPQ32: compare personality formats
ADEPT-15 and OPQ32 are different workplace personality questionnaires. Identify the publisher and product named in your invitation before practising: the response interaction and reporting model are not interchangeable.
Start with the invitation, not the employer’s name
An organisation may use different products across roles, countries and recruitment stages. We cannot identify your questionnaire from a company name alone. Look for Aon ADEPT-15 or SHL OPQ in the invitation and ask the recruiting contact if the product is unclear.
ADEPT-15: Aon’s paired-statement assessment

OPQ32: SHL’s occupational personality questionnaire
SHL’s published sample profile organises characteristics under relationships with people, thinking style, and feelings and emotions. The response format depends on the version supplied. Do not assume an older four-statement tutorial represents the version in your invitation.
More dimensions does not automatically mean a better test
Fifteen and thirty-two describe different models, not a league table of precision. Neither number tells you the employer’s selection rule or which product is appropriate for a particular role. Follow the named product and its candidate instructions.
Prepare for the interaction you will use
For paired statements, practise reading two plausible behaviours and choosing a relative preference. For a ranking or most/least interaction, practise understanding the selection order. In either case, describe real behaviour rather than memorising an ideal personality.
Keep practice reports separate from official results
Independent reports can help you reflect on your working style and prepare interview examples. They cannot reproduce a publisher’s proprietary scoring or predict an employer’s decision. A practice consistency alert is not an official rejection signal.
Which practice should I start with?
If your invitation names ADEPT-15, start with its original ten-question preview on Persona Prep. If it names OPQ, use the OPQ preparation resources instead. If you are unsure, clarify the invitation first so you do not spend time practising an irrelevant format.
